The successor to the Aureal Vortex, this card takes A3D technology one step further by allowing support for up to four speakers. By using the A3D 2.0 drivers we also get support for occlusions and reflections. This means that sounds are more accurately rendered while playing games that use A3D positional audio.
Capable of playback and recording sounds at sampling rates up to 48 KHz, the sound quality of this card is high enough for it to be used in professional audio applications.
